Every person at the Lansing location is so helpful. the pick up/drop off for service is a wonderful thing! It's difficult because of my work schedule and hours to get my car serviced.

Great service! Vision Tire & Auto came to my mom’s house and picked her car up. They changed the oil and did the inspections. They returned her car within a few hours. I highly recommend Vision Tire & Auto for your car needs, especially when you’re busy and don’t have time to take your car to the shop and wait.

Want to give a shout out to Pat and the awesome people at Vision Tire and Auto. They picked up my car from work in the morning, and were scheduled to work on it in the afternoon. My day took an unexpected turn, and I needed my car. Pat rearranged their schedule to allow them to get my car in the shop asap, and personally delivered it back to my work by 11am, so I could take care of the issues that came up last minute! Awesome customer service!

I had an excellent experience with my vehicle! I dropped my car off for an oil change and brake inspection. The cost of the oil change was less than I've had to pay in years, and they told me my brakes were at 70% and good to go rather than pushing a brake change, something I've experienced in the past at other places. They also made recommendations for other maintenance on my vehicle but didn't force anything at all. In fact, the technician on the phone with me went out to my car, looked at it, and told me how I could replace the part myself if I didn't want it done right away. I really appreciated how hassle-free the process was and the personal attention they gave me. I'll be using Vision Tire and Auto for my future maintenance. Highly recommended!
